UCLP MatNeoSIP: Quality Improvement Series: Session Three

We are delighted to announce that our next QI Bitesize series session will be held in person on 28th of February 2023 at the UCLPartners office on 170 Tottenham Ct Rd, W1T 7HA.

About this eventThis face to face session will focus on beginning to change and improvement and will include topics such as, PDSA cycles, run charts and more. We well as teaching, we will also provide you with the opportunity to work on these for your chosen project and interact with other maternity units from across the UCLPartners footprint.

This QI bitesize series will be focused on supporting clinical staff to undertake a QI project on the optimisation and stabilisation of the preterm infant BAPM care pathway, consisting of antenatal and peripartum optimisation. We will be providing accessible, practical, and adaptable approach to quality improvement cross-organisation; creating safe space, opportunity to share and valuing social connections.

Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
