UCI 2023 Annual Conference--San Diego

We can't wait to see everyone in person again!

We are working to book speakers on topics requested by members in our most recent survey. While tentative, here is a draft agenda:

• Hear from SDGE/Sempra - our host utility - on a number of relevant and trending topics impacting California utilities and customers ... and how they relate to your communications

• A utility case study from Northwestern Energy and their marketing agency related to customer communications, outreach and campaigns

• Accuweather, headquartered in San Diego, will discuss how their technology is helping utilities communicate with customers during major weather events

• Get the latest legislative updates from Washington, DC from a U.S. Chamber representative

• The board is working on securing additional informative presenters and sponsors ... watch for more topics to be updated soon

• As always, we're planning an amazing (and always popular) local field trip to get out of the hotel for fun and networking!
