Join us for this month's Uncommon Ramen at Uchibā Dallas' featuring Chef Dohnovan Davis! Chef Dohnovan is a Houston native, originally getting his sushi start at Uchi Dallas. Inspired by his hometown’s rich food culture, he enjoys combining diverse techniques and traditions to create food that feels both familiar and new. The Menu features North African Shio Ramen with Wagyu Kofta, Shishito Harissa, Roasted Tomatoes, Fried Chickpeas, Ajitama, and Negi, as well as Vegetarian Shio Ramen with Kinoko Kofta, Shishito Harissa, Roasted Tomatoes, Fried Chickpeas, Ajitama, and Negi.
