Uchibā Austin August Uncommon Ramen
Uchibā Austin is turning up the heat for one night only with the return of its monthly Uncommon Ramen pop-up on Monday, August 3, featuring guest chef Connor Garbo, owner of Cowboy Cubans. Inspired by the flavors of a classic Cuban sandwich, Garbo's exclusive menu puts a creative spin on his signature cuisine with limited-time dishes available for one evening only.
Cubano Ramen – Rich mojo pork broth with slow-roasted mojo pork, crispy ham, pickles, crispy garlic, scallions, and a mustard-mayo crema, served with pressed Cuban bread and melted Swiss cheese for dipping.
House Veggie Ramen – A comforting vegetarian ramen with broccolini, crispy tofu, and a bold miso chili bomb.
Guava Pastry – Cream cheese, guava, and crispy plantains combine for a sweet finish.
