New Teacher Summer Camp (NTSC) is a 40‑hour professional development experience for alternative licensure candidates, long‑term substitutes, and other novice teachers. The workshop focuses on essential skills to help you hit the ground running, including classroom management; Colorado Academic Standards; social‑emotional and collaborative learning; differentiation and accommodations; engaging instruction; and data-based assessment.
NTSC is hands‑on, practical, and joyful learning opportunity—complete with games, campfires,
and s’mores!
