This class is designed to consider all bodies and abilities through adaptive postures, therapeutic breathing, and mindfulness. The use of props and modifications allow this yoga experience to fit each participant’s individual needs. Please note: if a participant needs physical assistance for mobility, a care partner is required to attend the session. .
