Padel Central Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made and paid for in advance through the Zicket online booking portal.
• Court fees vary for peak and off-peak hours. Please refer to our ticketing pages for more information.
• Any queries regarding the booking – please contact [email protected]

Session Details

• Each booking is for one court for a 60-minute session.
• A maximum of four players is permitted on a single court any one time. There is no limit to the total number of players who may participate in a session.
• Four padel rackets are provided for each 60-minute session, and must be returned to the reception counter upon completion. Padel balls are not included but are available for purchase on site.

Check-In & Arrival

• All players must check-in at the reception counter before their session commences.
• At the check-in, players must:

1. Present their booking confirmation email from Zicket / Eventbrite.

2. Sign and accept Padel Central’s Waiver and Release of Liability.

• Players must arrive within the first 15 minutes of their booked session to secure the court. Padel Central reserves the right to release the court to other players in the event of a late arrival.

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

• Once a booking is confirmed, no rescheduling is allowed.
• For any cancellations initiated by the guest, no refunds will be allowed.
• Refund Method: For eligible refunds (see below), the booking fee will be refunded via the original payment method through Zicket online booking portal. The processing time varies depending on the payment method.
• Facility Closure & RainoutsSessions are subject to cancellation and a full refund (via original payment method) will be issued under the following circumstances:

1. A Red rainstorm signal or above is hoisted. A Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 or higher is hoisted.

2. Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances render the courts unsafe, at the discretion of Padel Central management.

3. Partial Session Closure: If a confirmed session is cancelled before it begins, or if play is stopped before half the session has been completed due to a facility closure, a full refund will be arranged via the original payment method.

• Closure announcement and reopening information will be communicated via on Padel Central’s social media platforms.

Facility Use & Conduct

• Proper sports attire, including non-marking shoes, is mandatory for all players. Padel Central reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual if they are not dressed appropriately.
• The court must be vacated promptly at the end of the reserved time slot to allow the next booking to start on time.
  
• Players are financially responsible for any damages caused to the court or equipment during their booking and may be liable for repair or replacement costs and other consequential loss.
• Padel Central reserves the right to terminate any session immediately due to disruptive behaviour or violation of facility rules. This may result in a ban from future bookings.

Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability & Player Agreement

By participating in activities at Padel Central, you agree to the following terms:

• Assumption of Risk: You represent and warrant that you are in good physical condition and know of no medical or other reason why you are not capable of engaging in padel or related activities, and that such activity will not be detrimental to your health, safety, or physical condition. You acknowledge that padel is a physical sport that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, collisions, or damage to personal property. You voluntarily assume these risks for yourself and all Participants included in your booking and agree that your use of the Padel Central facility is entirely at your own risk.
  
• Release of Liability: You agree that if you engage in any padel play, or related activities, or enter the Padel Central facilities, you do so at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless Padel Central, its event organisers, sponsors, vendors, and all affiliated entities from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and damages that may arise from or relate to the use of the court or facilities, including any injuries, losses, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
• Group Health and Safety for Participation: As the Court Booker, you confirm you are authorised to act on behalf of all participants in your booking. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that no one in your group participates while suffering from a contagious illness or other condition that could risk the health and safety of others.

Unauthorised Commercial Activities

• The use of Padel Central facilities for any unauthorised commercial activities is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is limited to, hosting events for profit or commercial photography/videography without prior written consent from Padel Central management.
• Enforcement of Policies: Padel Central reserves the right to monitor activities and refuse access to, or remove any individual or group suspected of violating these terms.
• Legal action may be pursued against violators to seek damages for any losses incurred.

Personal Information Collection Statement

• Personal data collected upon the purchase or issue of Tickets may be used for the processing of requests or enquiries, enforcing the terms of the commercial dealings, sending administrative materials to you, our internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical purposes or other directly related purpose, or for legal, safety or security purposes. Provision of personal data for the mandatory fields is necessary. If you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the products or services you requested. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law.
• Personal and booking data (name, email address, booking date and time) will be shared with UBS AG Hong Kong branch for UBS AG Hong Kong branch for research and statistical purposes. UBS AG Hong Kong Branch Privacy disclaimer can be accessed here: https://from.ubs/6009QG7vH

General

• From time-to-time Padel Central or other authorised parties may carry out photography and/or video recording and/or other monitoring within the Premise which may feature visitors. Padel Central reserves the right to use these materials in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format.
• Padel Central may reserve courts for its own events, activities, coaching, maintenance, or tournaments. Any changes to existing bookings will be communicated through our official channels.
• In case of any dispute, the decision made by Padel Central management regarding bookings, policies, or interpretations thereof shall be final.

PadelBox Padel Lessons Terms & Conditions

Exclusive Coaching Provider

PadelBox is the exclusive padel coaching provider at Padel Central. To ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all players, coaching or instruction by outside coaches is not permitted on-site. All lessons must be booked through PadelBox.

⁠

⁠Booking Process

•  Clients must first book and pay for a court directly through Padel Central’s booking platform (Eventbrite).
•  Once the court is confirmed, clients may request a padel lesson with PadelBox by emailing [email protected] or messaging +852 97321696.
•  Lesson bookings are only confirmed after PadelBox sends a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp).

 ⁠Lesson Fees & Payment

•  Lesson fees are separate from court rental fees.
•  Payment can be made on the day of the lesson or after the session.
• Accepted payment methods: FPS, bank transfer, or PayMe (no cash).

⁠Cancellation & Refund Policy (Non-weather related)

By client:

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before lesson: full refund or reschedule (subject to coach availability).
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before lesson: no refund, but a make-up lesson may be offered at PadelBox’s discretion.
• No-show: no refund.

By PadelBox

If PadelBox cancels due to coach illness or emergency, a full refund or free reschedule will be offered.

• ⁠ ⁠Rain Cancellation Policy (Weather-related)
•  Padel lessons are outdoor. If rain makes play impossible or unsafe, the lesson may be cancelled or stopped early.

 Decision process:

•  PadelBox and the client will decide together no later than 30 minutes before the lesson start time whether to cancel or proceed.
• If rain stops play after the session has started:

1.  If stopped within the first 30 minutes → client pays for 30 minutes only (remainder rescheduled or refunded).
2.  If stopped after the first 30 minutes → client pays for the full hour (no refund for the remainder).

Client Responsibilities

•  Clients must ensure they have a valid court booking before the lesson.
•  Clients are responsible for their own safety and appropriate sportswear/shoes.

⁠Court Booking Notes

•  PadelBox works closely with Padel Central to avoid double-bookings or technical issues. However, for rare problems outside our control (e.g., Eventbrite errors,…), we are not held responsible but will help resolve the situation.
•  If a court becomes unavailable due to issues outside PadelBox’s control, we will work with you to reschedule the lesson at no extra charge or refund the lesson fee only.

預訂及付款

場次預約詳情

• 每項場次預均為單次、單個場地60分鐘使用時段。
• 單個場地同一時段最多可供四位參加者同時使用，單一場次總參加人數不設上限。
• 每個60分鐘場次均配備四塊板網球拍，使用完畢須歸還至接待處；板網球恕不提供，可於現場選購。

到達及登記安排

• 所有參加者必須於所預約使用場地時間前在接待處完成登記手續。
• 登記時需出示以下資料：

1. Zicket / Eventbrite發出的預訂確認電郵

2. 確認並簽署Padel Central的免責聲明

• 參加者最遲須於預訂時段的首15分鐘內到達以確保場地使用權。若未能按時到達，Padel Central保留將場地另行開放予其他參加者使用的權利。

取消、退款及改期安排

• 預約一經確認，恕不接受改期安排。
• 如由參加者主動取消預約，所有費用將不設退款。
• 退款方式：合資格退款（詳見下文）將透過Zicket預約系統按原付款途徑發還，實際處理時間因應付款方式而異。
• 設施關閉及惡劣天氣安排：如遇下列情況，場次將予以取消並全數退款（經原付款途徑）：

1. 紅色或黑色暴雨警告信號 / 3號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號生效時；

2. 惡劣天氣或任何特殊情況導致場地不宜使用，並由Padel Central從安全或營運角度評估場地不適合使用時；

3. 局部場次關閉：若已確認場次在開始前取消，或因設施關閉導致所預約時間未使用過半，將透過Zicket預約系統按原付款途徑發還。

• 設施關閉通告及重開消息將透過Padel Central社交媒體平台發佈。

設施使用於使用權

• 所有參加者必須穿著合適的運動服裝以及不脫色運動鞋。基於安全起見，Padel Central保留拒絕任何未穿著適當運動服裝的參加者進入場地的權利。
• 所有參加者在預訂時間結束時必須離開預訂的設施，以確保下一節預訂時段能準時開始。
• 參加者須對預約期間造成的場地或設備損壞承擔賠償責任，包括但不限於維修或更換費用及其他連帶損失。
• 任何違反Padel Central活動規則、行為守則或滋擾行為，Padel Central保留立即暫停參加者使用場地和未來預約場地的權利。

風險承擔、責任豁免及參加者協議

於Padel Central參與活動即代表您同意以下條款：

• 風險承擔：您聲明並保證身體健康狀況良好，且無任何醫學或其他理由導致不適合參與板網球及相關活動，亦確認該等活動不會對您的健康、安全或身體狀況構成危害。您知悉板網球為體能運動，本身具備固有風險，包括但不限於受傷、跌倒、碰撞或個人財物損毀。您自願為本人及預約所包含的所有參加者者承擔此等風險，並同意使用 Padel Central 設施完全由自身承擔責任。
• 責任豁免：您同意若參與任何板網球活動、相關活動或進入 Padel Central 設施，均屬自願承擔風險。在法律允許的最大範圍內，您同意免除、賠償並使 Padel Central及其活動主辦機構、贊助商、供應商及所有關聯實體，免於因使用場地或設施而產生或相關的任何索償、要求、責任及損害（包括無論是否因疏忽所致的傷亡、損失或財物損毀）。
• 團體健康與安全責任：作為場地預訂人，您確認已獲授權代表預約內所有參與者行事。您承諾完全負責確保團體中任何人均不得在患有傳染性疾病或其他可能危害他人健康與安全的情況下參與活動。

未經授權的商業活動

• Padel Central的參加者禁止從事任何未經授權的商業活動，包括但不限於：舉辦盈利活動或提供有關項目，以及在未獲 Padel Central 管理層事先書面同意下進行商業活動攝影或錄影。
• 條例執行：Padel Central 保留監控設施內活動的權利，並有權拒絕涉嫌違反本條款之人士或團體進入場地，包括但不限於將其驅逐出場。
• Padel Central 保留對違反這些條例的個人或團體提起法律行動的權利。

個人資料收集聲明

• 於購票或預訂時收集之個人資料，將可能用於：處理申請或查詢、執行商業交易條款、向閣下寄發行政資料、內部業務及行政用途、研究統計，或其他直接相關之目的，亦可能基於法律、安全或保安考量而使用。標示為必須填寫之個人資料欄位均屬必要資料。若未能提供該等資料，可能無法提供閣下所申請之產品或服務。個人資料或會轉交至涉及達成上述目的之第三方機構，或依法須予披露之相關人士。

一般條款

• 在活動進行期間，Padel Central或獲授權人士會在場地內進行攝影、錄影或其他形式之記錄，過程中可能攝入訪客影像。Padel Central保留永久權利，於任何形式的推廣、廣告或宣傳材料中使用該等素材。
• Padel Central有權為內部活動、課程、教練訓練、場地維護或賽事預留場地。若原有預約因此需作調整，將透過官方渠道發佈通知。
• 如有任何爭議，Padel Central保留對預約安排、相關條款等的最終決定權。

PadelBox板網球課程條款與細則

預約流程

• 客戶必須首先透過 Padel Central 的預約平台（Eventbrite）直接預約並支付場地費用。
• 確認場地預訂成功後，客戶可透過電郵至 [email protected] 或發送WhatsApp訊息至 +852 97321696 向 PadelBox 提出板網球課程申請需求。
• 課程預約僅在 PadelBox 發出書面確認（電郵或 WhatsApp訊息）後方為生效。

課程費用與付款

• 課程費用與場地租借費用分開計算。
• 款項可於課程當日或課程結束後繳付。
• 接受之付款方式：轉數快（FPS）、銀行轉帳或 PayMe（恕不接受現金）。

取消與退款政策（非天氣因素）

由客戶提出：

• 於課程開始前 24 小時以上取消：可獲全額退款或重新安排課程時間（須視乎教練時間而定）。
• 於課程開始前不足 24 小時取消：不予退款，但 PadelBox 可酌情提供補課。
• 未出席課程：不予退款。

由PadelBox 取消：

• 如因教練生病或緊急情況而由 PadelBox 取消課程，將提供全額退款或免費重新安排課程。

雨天取消政策（天氣因素）

• 板網球課程於戶外進行。如雨水導致課程無法進行或存在安全風險，課程可能被取消或提前終止。

決策流程：

• PadelBox 與客戶將於課程開始前不少於 30 分鐘共同決定取消或繼續課程。
• 如課程開始後因雨水天氣終止：

1. 若於課程前30分鐘內終止，客戶僅須支付30分鐘的課程費用（剩餘時間可重新安排或退款）
2. 若於課程開始後30分鐘終止，客戶須支付整小時課程費用（剩餘時間不予退款）。

客戶責任

• 客戶須確保於課程開始前已持有有效之場地預訂。
• 客戶須自行承擔安全責任，並穿著合適的運動服裝與鞋具。

場地預訂注意事項

• PadelBox 與 Padel Central 密切合作，以避免重複預訂或技術問題。對極少數非我方所能控制之問題（例如 Eventbrite 系統錯誤等），PadelBox恕不承擔責任，但將協助解決相關情況。
• 如因非 PadelBox 所能控制之問題導致場地無法使用，PadelBox將與客戶協調免費重新安排課程，或僅退還課程費用（場地費用除外）。
