Prospective UAL students are invited to visit Glassyard Building, one of UAL's Halls of Residence. Tours run between 11:30am & 4:30pm
About this Event

Thinking about living in UAL accommodation? Visit Glassyard Building on a guided tour with the UAL Accommodation team and a current student, alongside the Fine Art open day at Chelsea College of Arts.

Please note: this hall tour is a separate booking from your College Open Day. You're welcome to visit Glassyard Building before or after your open day session, whichever suits your day.

Tour details

Date: Friday 23 October 2026

Times: Tours run between 11.30am and 4.30pm.

Duration: Around 30 minutes, including time for questions

Meeting point: Glassyard Building reception, 7A Stockwell Green, London, SW9 9JF

Group size: Up to 20 people per tour (split into two groups of approximately 10)

Booking: Up to 2 tickets, one student and one guest

Before you arrive

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your tour. On arrival, please have ready:

• Photo ID, such as a passport, driving licence or student ID card (prospective students)

• Your UAL student ID card (current students)

• Your Hall Tour booking confirmation from Eventbrite

What to expect

The tour includes:

• Common areas and shared spaces

• A chance to meet a current UAL student

• Time to ask questions about living in halls

• An opportunity to speak to the UAL Accommodation team

A room viewing is not guaranteed, as this depends on availability and permission from current residents. We'll confirm at the start of the tour whether a room is available to view.

Tours are open to prospective and current UAL students, Parents and Guardians.

Each booking includes one student and one guest. Additional guests are welcome to wait in the reception area.

Getting to Glassyard Building

• From Stockwell Underground station, it is a 10 minute walk to Glassyard Building.

Can I bring a dog?

Pets cannot join the tour. Registered assistance dogs are welcome. Please let us know when you book so we can support your visit.

Can't attend?

Please cancel your Eventbrite ticket as soon as possible so that another student can book a space.
