I am passionate to share the gifts of yoga, meditation, and authentic relating that have been shared with me. I have been practicing yoga and meditation for 17 years, and the unfolding of the practice gets richer and more meaningful as I continue to learn. I am filled with joy to weave poetry, meditation, play, and curiosity into the yoga sequence.
Yoga in the Redwoods is an experience of yoga, cacao, and authentic relating games. I teach yoga in a redwood grove (indoors if the weather isn’t ideal), serve ceremonial cacao, and then facilitate authentic relating games. The intention infused into this event is to first connect with oneself through yoga, then drink ceremonial cacao to help open one’s heart center, and then connect with others through authentic relating exercises. Authentic Relating is a series of games and exercises that encourage authenticity, empathy, compassion, and clarity of communication through social interactions.
It is a space to simply be yourself.

9:45 AM: Meet at The Berkeley Alembic for intros and registration fee collection (to be paid in cash)
10:00 AM: Yoga start time
11:15 AM: Cacao and light snacks will be provided
11:45 AM: Authentic Relating Games (Theme: TBD)
