UAC Speaker Series: Art Therapy Workshop Hosted by Holly Zazo, LMHC, ART

We’re thrilled to welcome Holly Zazo, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Registered Art Therapist, and UAC Member Artist, for a special Art Therapy Workshop this season!

This 60–90 minute session offers a gentle introduction to Art Therapy—what it is, how it works, and how creativity can support healing, growth, and self-discovery. Participants will have the chance to experience three hands-on art therapy activities, guided by Holly’s compassionate and trauma-informed approach. (No art experience required!)

🕕 Schedule:
• 6:30–6:45 PM — Introduction to Art Therapy
• 6:45–7:30 PM — Art Experientials: Try 3 guided creative exercises
• 7:30–7:45 PM — Open time for questions and discussion
