U2030 RADIATE Leadership Program

Empowering women with the skills, visibility, and network to increase their impact on the business and grow their career while supporting other women on their journeys.  

The utility industry is evolving, with innovation and sustainability demanding inclusive leadership. Yet, systemic barriers limit women's advancement into leadership roles, particularly in operational positions. Challenges such as limited access to mentorship and sponsorship, as well as geographic and caregiving barriers, have kept gender disparities at the forefront.

RADIATE: Addressing Leadership Gaps

U2030's RADIATE Women's Leadership Development Program now accepts nominations until November 29, 2024. The program accelerates women's leadership growth and prepares them to excel in a sector undergoing rapid transformation. Diverse leadership is essential for addressing sustainability, electrification, and customer-driven innovation.

Program Highlights

Participants will engage in virtual sessions, attend the ENERGIZE Retreat, gain immersive experience with BG&E, and complete a capstone project presented at the U2030 SPARK Meeting.
