New grade, new net height. Let's make sure you’re ready to rise above it! FOG U13 coaches Nat & Jess are ready with a high-energy, three-day camp designed specifically for athletes entering grades 7 and 8 who want to dominate the junior high court!

- When: Monday, August 17 – Wednesday, August 19, 2026
- Time: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM daily
- Where: Saville Community Sports Centre
Whether you are completely new to the court or looking to sharpen your skills for upcoming tryouts or club season, this camp is built for you, focusing on:
Fundamental Skill Development: Serve with power, pass with precision, and learn to attack with confidence.
Court IQ: Learn court positioning, transitions, and smart in-game strategies.
