Entry is £40 per athlete.
entry fee is no refundable.
comp will be held at warrior gym, Bolton.
Weight in is 24hours before comp

Log 110kg Oly bar 115kg
Axle 120kg 70kg Dbell for reps

Event Two
Yoke 320kg 30m drop and turn
60 secs 15m each way
Event Three
Deadlift Medley
250kg Oly bar 270 axle 15 inch 300kg frame then 240kg oly bar for reps
75 secs
Event Four
Farmers 125kg
30m drop and turn 60 secs 15m each way.
Event Five
Bag over yoke 120kg for
Reps 60 secs
