International House Odense invites you to join the opening night of Tyske Filmdage / German Movie Days 2026 at Café Biografen on Sunday April 19 🎞️Tyske Filmdage is a special film festival celebrating contemporary German cinema, presenting some of the newest and most exciting German films on the big screen.
The festival takes place in Odense, Copenhagen, and Aarhus, and in Odense it is hosted by Café Biografen in collaboration with Grand Teatret.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
📍We will meet outside Café Biografen 10 minutes before 18:30 and go in together for the opening reception, where guests will be welcomed with a drink and a light snack, and the chance to mingle, before the screening of the opening film “Aftenvagt” at 20:00.
Participation is free, but sign-up mandatory. Limited number of tickets.
PLEASE NOTE: The film will be shown in German with Danish subtitles – a fun chance to practice your German or Danish while enjoying a great cultural experience.
