Tyrone Toomer, a native of Washington, DC who utilized his gift singing and entertaining at the age of 17. He later became one of the lead vocalist for one of the District’s local group Lethel Weapon, performing in several show venues and nightclubs. Tyrone soon started his career as a solo artist giving the opportunity to perform not only as a local artist, but on a national level, sharing the stage with Cuba Gooding Sr., Regina Bell, and Howard Hewitt.
