A Word From Tyris

Growing up in the church, I watched my father set the tone every Sunday with one simple title for his message. One title, and you knew where the day was headed.

I'm carrying that tradition forward, but I'm saying it with music instead of words.

This month's Resonance Night is called "The Next Note."

Some of you know this past year took me offstage for a while. The first time I sat back down at the piano, I got about four chords in and had to stop. It didn't sound the way it used to.

So I played the next note, even if it was the wrong note. Then the one after that.

That's what this night is about: the second wind, the comeback, and improvising your way through a storm you didn't choose. We all hit moments where we stop, start over, or don't sound the way we used to. The music doesn't wait for perfection. It just asks for the next note.

Jazz to funk, and a room full of people who understand.

Our VIP section has 6 two-person tables, so it stays relaxed and personal. We reserve your table in your name and set it with a small ambient table light, water, cups, napkins, and plates.

Doors open for VIP guests at 7:15 pm, giving you plenty of time to bring in your own food, settle in, and enjoy a meal before the music begins.

Catch up with your guests, let the day fall away, and get ready for the experience.
