We are thrilled to announce the second running of the exhilarating 34 mile Ultra running event- Tyne Brides to Boundaries Ultra. Get ready to challenge yourself, explore new horizons, and embrace the camaraderie of endurance sports. Introducing our upcoming running event, where audacity meets the open trails and cycle paths.

You can expect our legendary inclusivity, hugely varied half way buffet, with a great selection of Vegan and Gluten free food- we are confident you won't find better Ultra catering!
This event is not about racing against others but challenging yourself to achieve personal milestones. It's a celebration of the joy of running, shared experiences, and the pursuit of personal achievement. We will still recognise those who decide to race, but you’ll get the same support and cheer and receive your Wildflower medal no matter how fast you complete the challenge.
You can access our car sharing group on Facebook, where you can arrange car sharing opportunities with other race day participants. Great for the environment and great for your pocket.... and you could win free race places in our car share raffle! Car Share group
Scenic Route: Our carefully planned route takes you from the vibrant quayside, through the industrial areas along the river to the beautiful country parks and riverside meadows. Experience the beauty of nature as you run along scenic trails, winding roads, and hidden gems that showcase the best our region has to offer.
Time Limit: Unlike traditional races, our event features a generous time limit of 10 hrs, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the journey. Take the time to appreciate the surroundings, connect with fellow participants, and savour the moments along the way.
Provisions: There are numerous cafes along the route where you can replenish supplies and we will provide snacks and water at Wylam (10 and 22 miles). There will also be a free halfway buffet at Stocksfield Cricket Club at around mile 16. Please do supplement this by carrying your own hydration, nutrition, and any necessary equipment.
