Tyler Lee Frush is a storyteller. His songwriting and electric live performances, while deeply personal, resonate with familiarity, vulnerability and emotion. When you listen to his music, you can almost see the scenes he is conjuring. His influences span a wide gamut – from Eddie Van Halen to Johnny Cash – and he has often been compared to modern folk / indie rock acts like Kings of Leon, The Black Keys, Wilco and Dawes. Tyler hails from the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains in Northeast Georgia, but has spent time across the country in California where he worked at the famed Whiskey a Go Go on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles and honed his eclectic guitar-playing style before moving back home to pursue a life in music. He released his first EP “The Quarantine Tapes” in 2020, with the standout single “Goodbye Atlanta”, followed up by the full-length LP “State of Mind” in 2022. Tyler has been making a name for himself in the Greater Atlanta music scene through his raw, energetic live performances at venues such as Eddie’s Attic, Smith’s Olde Bar, The Masquerade and MadLife Stage & Studios.

Oh, and don’t be that guy looking all confused, flipping through the program trying to find the elusive Steven Brooks. Spoiler alert, my dudes – ain’t nobody in this groovy collective named Steven Brooks! It’s just how they roll.

*Static Dogs*
From the depths of a hazy neon lit basement, Static Dogs develop Neo-Psychedelic Rock Jams while incorporating elements from various genres.
Their debut EP Static Dogs (2023) blends components of Bedroom Pop on the ear worms “Indie Boy” and “Bossy Nora” while “Psychedelic Sunset” merges Jazz and Psychedelia to create a colorful soundscape. “Neonblumen” finds the band searching among a vast ambient soundscape to create a spacey orchestral sound. Their newest single “Pselery” shows the group pushing into heavier territory with crunchier guitars, heftier bass, and dark tones surrounded by vast ambience.
The 4 piece band from Woodstock, Georgia features Ben Gardner on Guitar, Joey Klouda on Bass, Trent DeWick on Synthesizers, and Carter Russell on Drums. They find inspiration in bands such as Tame Impala, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, Led Zeppelin, MGMT, Parcels, Radiohead, and Khurangbin.
