TX DSHS Vision and Hearing RENEWAL/RECERTIFICATION (2020)

Texas DSHS Vision and Hearing Recertification Training is for those individuals that will be providing screenings at schools (public and private) and licensed childcare centers/licensed childcare homes in the Public Health Region 6/5S (Houston and surrounding areas) ONLY.

To be eligible to attend this training, you must currently possess a certification obtained 5 years ago.

Make sure all REQUIRED fields are filled in on your registration.

All the information is required for your certification.

If the information is not provided you will not receive your certification.

Bring audiometer to training.
