TX DSHS Basic Hearing Screening Training

Texas Hearing Screening Certification Training is for those individuals that will be providing screenings at schools (public and private) and licensed childcare centers/licensed childcare homes in the Public Health Region 6/5S (Houston and surrounding areas) ONLY.

Make sure all REQUIRED fields are filled in on your registration.

Please provide your personal details in case there is any changes to our trainings.

All the information is required for your certification.

If the information is not provided you will not receive your certification.

Bring audiometer to training.
