Sweat session is a class for individuals looking to lose lots of body fat by performing a combination of hiit and conditioning circuits for a period of time. At this session you will work to keep your heart rate up to burn fat and build up your stamina. This class is perfect for people who are not looking to build lots of muscle mass but instead drop body fat & tone while doing so.
***YOU MUST HAVE A TWT SWEAT JACKET TO PARTICIPATE. IT A SWEAT JACKET IS NEEDED PLEASE SEND PAYMENT AND SIZE THROUGH THE FOLLOWING;
