Registration & Attendee Information
Eventbrite now requires the ticket buyer to enter attendee information after payment. For each ticket purchased, the following is required:
- Full legal name
- Valid email address
- Membership in the Twosteppers Family Reunion Facebook Group
If registering multiple attendees, each person must be registered using their own individual contact information.
Name & ID Policy
- Registrants must register using the exact name shown on their valid government-issued photo ID.
- Nicknames or aliases are not accepted.
- Attendees must present their ID at Check-In. If the name does not match the registration, entry will be denied.
- Each attendee must check in for themselves only.
Lanyards
Event lanyards (plastic/vinyl) must be worn at all times to gain entry into any event activities.
Ticket Options
A La Carte Tickets
- One-day passes are available exclusively through Eventbrite.
- Once weekend passes sell out, Saturday-only a la carte tickets will be released on Eventbrite.
Refund, Transfer & Liability Policy
Refunds & Transfers
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to illness, emergencies, employment changes, travel delays, or other personal circumstances.
- Registrations may be transferred within the designated transfer period. All transfers are the sole responsibility of the registrant.
Travel Insurance

The Twosteppers LLC, and affiliated partners are not responsible or liable for personal injury, illness, theft, damaged property, medical expenses, hospitalization, or death resulting from voluntary participation in event activities.

By registering, you agree to release, waive, and discharge the Twosteppers LLC or Twosteppers Group., its affiliates, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, including injury, illness, property loss, or death arising from participation in the event.
You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation, including potential exposure to infectious diseases such as COVID-19, and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any resulting injury, harm, or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
