Two for One Special at the Arboretum (6:30 AM and 8:00 AM)

Two events, same park. One faster, one slower. I'll be starting a run at 6:30 AM, followed by a slower pace walk at 8:00 AM.
6:30 AM - Meet at the parking lot for an easy 3 mile run (option of doing more!) taking in both south and north loops. My pace is slow, so if you're a brisk walker you'll likely be able to keep up, if not pass me by. If you're a faster runner and haven't ran here before, I think you'll love it. If you just want to come out for an earlier walk, feel free to join up.
8:00 AM - Meet at the parking lot for an easy walk. We'll walk the central loop (1.1 mile) with the option of adding another mile or two). The trails are shaded, mulched for easy walking (I'll give a score of 1 on tree rootlessness.), with park benches at frequent intervals.
There are portapotties up by the farmhouse - none on the trails. Bring water. Leashed dogs are welcome on both events, so are children (though the 8:00 is more suitable for younger kids and more leisurely paced pups).
