For teens with an interest in what goes on in the kitchen, this camp offers hands-on practice with the fundamental skills every good cook needs. With hands-on activities in the garden and kitchen, campers will learn about the origins and possibilities of seasonal harvests and work together to cook recipes that build on essential kitchen techniques. Camp culminates with a competitive cookoff!
