Day 1 (6 hours):
Understanding Ingredients
Techniques of Lamination
Preparation of Puff pastry, Croissant dough, Danish pastry dough, Brioche dough
Day 2 (6-7 hours):
Rolling and finishing dough to prepare:

Croissants

Registration and attendance on both days is required. A light lunch is included each day.
