Two Day Aspiring Innkeeper Intensive - Nashville, TN

Our second two day intensive seminar in 2026 brings us to active Nashville, Tennessee, and one of our favorite Select Registry Inns: Belle Air Mansion.

The two day session will focus on discussion of Inn operations, the search, purchase and financing process, Inn Valuation and financing, and beyond, this iteration of the seminar includes an expanded session on hospitality marketing. We will be joined on Saturday by our hosting Innkeeper's marketing partner, Jeff Logan of Logan Marketing, for a presentation focused on digital marketing, web design and other critical concepts to ensure the success of aspiring and new Inn owners in the long term.

The two day intensive is our most in-depth future innkeeper program and allows for more face time and interaction with your instructors and hosting Innkeepers. This weekend seminar package, including instruction, workbooks, personalized follow-up consultation, meals, and breaks is only $495.00 for one person or $595.00 for two.

A light breakfast and lunch will be served on Friday, April 10, during the course of the first full day of education, in addition to regular coffee/tea breaks. The Friday sessions will end around 5:00 and attendees will have a moment to relax before we join our hosting Innkeeper for dinner at a local restaurant.

Our formal sessions on Saturday, April 11th, will end around 12:30 PM following a tour of the hosting Inn. We encourage attendees to extend their travel around the seminar dates to explore the market and engage local hospitality professionals as desired!

Upon confirmation of your seminar registration, we will provide you with information to make your lodging reservations directly with Belle Air Mansion.
