Come and learn two delicious Thai dishes - Pad Thai noodles and Tom Kha soup at the commercial classroom kitchen in the heart of Hastings Old Town. You will see both dishes demonstrated and then make them yourself, either in small groups or individually, with all the ingredients, recipes and equipment provided. Then finally we’ll eat our tasty creations and have time for any questions you may have. This is for anyone wanting to broaden their culinary repertoire and eat a delicious self cooked meal in the process.
No experience necessary and dishes can be tailored to individual dietary requirements where possible. Gluten free and vegan are possible.
Cost is £50 pp and includes:
* All ingredients
* Recipe sheets
* All equipment
* Tea and coffee
* Use of the commercial kitchen
