A yoga class for parents and toddlers, to try some fun yoga moves to stories and music and have some fun sensory playtime with different themes over the weeks, such as Teddy Bears, Autumn, Stars & Space. This class is designed to be active, fun and friendly takes place in our yoga studio in Bangor, which has a purpose made sensory room for playtime after class while you grab a hot drink.
Suitable from walking to 3 years old. Book a block or pay as you go!
Please note our studio is up one flight of stairs with no lift. Free parking is available in nearby Asda (3 hours free).
Please dress comfortably.
