Thanks to a few amazing volunteers, we’re excited to kick off the very first Twin Ports T1D Community Meet-Up! This gathering is open to anyone impacted by type 1 diabetes—whether you’re living with T1D, a parent, caregiver, family member, or friend.
The goal of this first meet-up is simple: connection. It’s a chance to meet others who “get it,” share experiences, and start building a stronger local T1D community together. We’ll also use this time to hear from you—what you’d like to see, what support you need, and how we can create more opportunities to come together in the future.
Come as you are, bring your questions, ideas, or just a listening ear. We can’t wait to connect with you!
