Niki Engler, Senior Corporate Records Specialist at General Mills, Inc., is a leading expert in records and information management (RIM) and is the Director of Communications for the ARMA Twin Cities Chapter. With over 12 years of experience, she has driven significant improvements in RIM awareness and best practices through innovative training, engaging campaigns, and strategic initiatives. During this webinar, you'll learn how her innovative communication strategies resulted in a 726% increase in campaign engagement!

Melvin Baskin is the Director of Information Governance at Workday. With over 30 years of experience in information management, Melvin has established a reputation for leading teams and providing technical leadership across various sectors. He has over two decades of specialized expertise in managing legal records and document management systems, having worked with top law firms and corporate legal departments. His extensive background in the field positions him as a key figure in driving information governance strategies and solutions.

Ryan Zilm has been an active contributor to the Information Management and Technology profession for more than 28 years and is currently the Director of Information Governance for SJW Group, a privately held water utility company. Before that, he was employed with Baker Hughes as a Senior Director, overseeing the Records & Information Compliance Program based in Houston, Texas. He received his MBA from the U. of Texas at San Antonio, has a BA in Administrative Leadership from the U. of Oklahoma, has multiple industry-related certifications, and has participated in developing many foundational resources supporting associated information-related communities. Ryan has also served as Past President of the ARMA International Board of Directors and was inducted into the ARMA Company of Fellows in October 2022.
