Twilight Nature Wellbeing Session

We have teamed up with Neroche Woodlanders to offer this free Twilight Nature and Wellbeing Session for voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) staff and volunteers in Somerset.

This outdoor session will take place in the Blackdown Hills and provide an opportunity to experience firsthand the benefits of connecting with nature our wellbeing. You’ll explore the natural surroundings, learn new techniques to be more present in nature, and gain valuable insights to share with others.

Tickets to this session, which include refreshments, are available to VCFSE staff or volunteers from any organisation offering mental health support in Somerset. Bookings are strictly limited to two per organisation.
