Unlock the power of your divine feminine energy through movement! Join us for Twerk W/ Intention, a transformative and spiritually grounding dance class rooted in African culture and ancient wisdom. This isn’t your average dance class—it’s a sacred space where we will honor our bodies, connect with our inner power, and celebrate the sensual energy that makes us who we are.
In this class, we will:
- Explore the spiritual roots of twerking and its connection to African dance traditions
- Learn to move with purpose, aligning our energy with our intentions

- Celebrate sisterhood in a judgment-free, empowering environment
