Twerk Fitness Is a safe space to explore, express and exchange. Here is where the results of an efficient work out and the joy of movement and dance meet. Classes consists of a warm up, mini dance party and some stretching to start. You’ll be given tips and tricks on body alignment and muscle engagement! All things needed to do what we do best. Shake that thang!! A choreographed dance will follow a long with time at the end to record yourself if you choose!
Attire: what ever makes those cheeks move! Clothing is based on your comfort level, all styles (casual, athletic, sensual) are welcome.
Shoes are optional.
