Kitty is a Certified Twerk Technician, aerial silks instructor, and movement artist who has taught at Elysium Aerial Fitness and Allegra Belly Dance Studio. She knows how to break movement down so beginners feel powerful — not awkward.
This is a 90-minute, beginner-friendly workshop designed to help you:
