This sacred ceremony is a blend of meditation, yoga, breathwork, movement arts, dance medicine, spiritual healing, and trauma release, to let go your sh*t and inspire you to express your unique gifts in the world! This is an invitation to come as you are - Our bodies, including our booties, were meant to MOVE as we activate our innate POWER!

Led by Oshin and Kelsey- 2 Baddies who have found freedom in the sensual embodiment of the self.

Bring a yoga mat & water.

You are encouraged to wear an outfit that expresses your wild sexy self! With Halloween just around the corner maybe wear a costume that shows off your badassery! The invitation is to come in short shorts or looser fitting pants, to feel your booty jiggle. Protective knee wear encouraged but not required.
