Help your tween feel calm and connected through mindfulness and movement. Our tweens need to be empowered with tools to take care of their mind, body and heart to help them meet the challenges of their teen years with a little more ease.
Workshops run by experienced yoga teacher, grandmother and education assistant Kerry Holbrow. Suitable for primary aged children. Please pack a nut free snack and water bottle. Classes limited, please book early. Age guide is 9-13 year olds.
