During this inclusive Tween Yoga Summer Camp experience, tweens will practice yoga in our beautiful yoga studio and outside in the natural beauty of the Old Mill District, as well as playtime in the ninja gym. Our yoga sequences and partner poses are thoughtfully planned to enhance their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. Beyond the physical practice, the camp includes journaling, breath work, mindfulness activities, and arts and crafts projects that foster a sense of calm and mindful concentration. Yoga is more than an exercise; it's a lifestyle promoting healthy habits; we introduce tweens to this transformative practice at a pivotal moment in their lives, empowering them to breathe deeply, navigate emotions, improve concentration, and enhance positive thinking. Additionally, yoga aids young athletes by building strength and preventing injuries during sports activities. Our camps also cultivate community, friendship, and collaboration between each camper.
