About this Event

All runners love a little post-run treat and TW Training + Summer House are teaming up to bring you both! Coach Tammy will lead an easy paced (10-11:30/mile) 3 mile run through Lincoln Park, and the run will end with a sweet treat - complimentary cookies for all runners, courtesy of Summer House Lincoln Park.

Whether you're training for a fall race or just running for fun, a sweet treat with other members of the running community will be a delicious end to the weekend :)
