Firstly, this event as usual takes precedence over our usual SLMOC Sunday meet.
Secondly, this event is organised annually by our fellow Lincolnshire Mini Club, Trent Valley MOC. I try my best to support them.
Thirdly, There's no event on this date for Mini Girls UK and so I am more than happy for any MGUK member who wants to go, we will meet you at The Grandstand.

Timing on the day for arrivals and departures are below.
Try to arrive with a little time to spare as I need to sort out who has a two-way radio and who needs one.

•McDonalds Sutterton (PE20 2LF) 07:35- LEAVE THERE AT 07:50
Mcdonalds (Holdingham roundabout) Sleaford (NG34 8NP) 08:15- LEAVE THERE 08:30 and onto the A15.
Follow convoy to Lincoln Grandstand IF we are picking up anyone there. Saxilby Road, Lincoln. LN1 1SE.

TVMOC stewards make a collection of £5 from each car as we drive onto the Brayford Waterfront. Please have this ready for them.
For those of you who haven't been to this event yet, it's one of the good ones, rather like Kings Lynn although there is less space for us between cars with our chairs. Bring your chairs anyway and after a while, we'll make some wiggle room.
It's near the shops with a Tesco express on the waterfront too so I won't be bringing our tea/coffee making facilities. There are lots of good eateries and loads of Minis! It's always been fantastic weather but there are places we can go together if the weather isn't so good... theres an Odeon cinema, Wetherspoons , Vietnamese and Thai restaurants, Prezzo, Nando's, Chimi Changa is Mexican, Costa, Ben & Jerry's and Wagamama but it says 'temporarily closed' on google (8/1/25)
We do have to stay until the end due to it being a public place with people walking through.
