Tutto Pronto Pasta Class with Chef Adam: Ricotta Gnocchi

Join Chef Adam at our Leaside Pasta Shop for a fun, hands-on pasta class and dinner. For this class, Chef Adam will teach you how to make fresh gnocchi with just ricotta and flour! Via his Instagram account @adamattemptsitalian, Adam explores the vast and colourful world of traditional Italian ingredients and recipes. His classes are known for being fun, welcoming and accessiblly informative.

This super engaging, hands-on class is held in person, where you'll get to shape and create delicious pasta like a pro. Whether you're a total beginner or just want to brush up on your skills, this is the perfect spot to get your hands doughy and your taste buds happy.

What to Expect: Each ticket includes a bowl of gnocchi, a glass of wine and an entertaining, informative class. Come behind the counter and hang out in a relaxed kitchen environment and have a blast with us.
