TUTTO IL MIO CUORE – Day Lab 5Ritmi® Heartbeat
Una giornata dedicata al cuore e alle sue molte voci.
Paura, coraggio, rabbia, perdono, tristezza, speranza, compassione: emozioni che a volte ci travolgono, altre si nascondono, ma che tutte chiedono di essere riconosciute.
In questo Day Lab Heartbeat danzeremo lo spazio dove queste emozioni convivono, si trasformano e trovano un nuovo equilibrio.
Un invito a stare con ciò che c’è, ad aprirsi alla verità del momento, a sentire la forza che nasce quando il corpo e il cuore si incontrano nel movimento.
Tutto quello che è nel tuo cuore troverà casa in questo day lab.
Un viaggio dentro la nostra umanità più autentica: un luogo dove possiamo ascoltare, lasciar andare, ritrovare fiducia e muoverci verso tutto quello che c’è nel tuo cuore.

A full day devoted to the heart and its many voices.
Fear, courage, anger, forgiveness, sadness, hope, compassion — emotions that sometimes overwhelm us, sometimes retreat into hiding, yet all ask to be met and acknowledged.
In this Heartbeat Day Lab, we will dance in the space where these emotions coexist, transform, and find new balance. It is an invitation to stay with what is present, to open to the truth of the moment, and to discover the strength that arises when body and heart meet in movement.
Whatever is alive in your heart is welcome here.
This day offers a journey into our most authentic humanity — a place to listen, to release, to rebuild trust, and to move toward everything that longs to be lived.
