Turtle Talk 101 presentations are free and open to the public. The slide presentation is an introduction to sea turtles and includes a basic overview of the sea turtle species with concentration on species that commonly nest on Brevard County beaches. The presentation also examines threats faced by sea turtles and ways to help sea turtles survive. Free information brochures will be available for attendees before and after the slide presentation, as well as some sea turtle props on display for viewing.Doors open at 9:30 a.m. for registration, Turtle Talk 101 presentation will begin promptly at 10 a.m. and will last about an hour and a half with questions.
