🌊🐢 Join us to farewell Liz! 🐢🌊
Liz the green sea turtle is ready to return to the wild! Rescued from Arrawarra with float syndrome in November 2024. Ray's journey to recovery has been made possible thanks to the incredible team at the Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary.
Celebrate this milestone and bid Liz farewell as we release him back into the ocean. Join us as we bid farewell. Look for the Sanctuary flags.
Liz will be farewelled in partnership with the Coffs Harbour Community Preschool.
NOTES ON THE RELEASE:
Please arrive promptly so as not to miss out on this special journey that lies ahead for the turtle. Turtle releases are always very quick, to help reduce the wait time for the animal, especially if they have travelled to get to their location.
