In this two-day interactive training, we will explore theory and principles to:
Cultivate resilience and prevent burnout, chronic stress, and depression
Strengthen relationships and create win–win solutions— even in polarized environments
Gain advanced tools to de-escalate potential conflict and danger
The heart of the workshop is the embodied practices and interactive exercises, guiding participants to quickly put the theory into action. By the end of the two days, you will experience an internal shift towards grounding, balance and connection, as well as feel the confidence to confront the challenges in your life with more skill and grace.
The workshop will be taught in Dutch and English, based on needs of the participants.
