Join certified yoga instructor and writing teacher Brigette Pugh for a series of yoga, meditation and journaling exercises as we set aside time to reflect on the first half of the year. With gratitude we acknowledge lessons learned, celebrate achievements and let go of what does not need to be carried forward into the second half of the year.
Use the light of the full moon, meditation and journaling prompts to illuminate the long-term soul path and guide you to recognize what is real and lasting as well as what is not meant for your path.
Find support through asanas to help process the emotions that arise as you face what you have been struggling with, learning from, holding on to or avoiding and in the act of releasing, create space for abundance and blessings to enter your life.
Participants will receive an intention stone, a copy of the yoga sequence from class as well as journaling prompts paired with poses for the rest of the lunar cycle.
Brigette is a writer and certified yoga instructor and holds an M.F.A. in creative writing. She has been teaching yoga for twenty years and has been a writing teacher for more than a decade. As a writer and writing teacher, she uses yoga and mindfulness practices to help herself and her students stay grounded in an ever changing creative lifestyle. Likewise, her yoga practice is fueled by journaling practices that allow internal wisdom to guide daily decisions.
