Explore how Butoh dance, poetry and visual arts integrate in the mind-body-soul transformation process through contemplation, acceptance, and radical interconnection, space-ma becomes grace-ma. Showing up and letting go pulsate through our deepest sense of being present in courageous personal and collective work that supports meaningful cultural advancement in the development of a recovered world of acceptance, cultivated joy, integrity, mutual respect where each and every human is in harmony with themselves, each other, and Gaia.
Sheri Brown, Artistic Director of DAIPANbutoh Collective, a choreographer, dance/math/science teacher, and dreamer has spent the last 24 years studying, training, performing and teaching butoh on a journey inseparable from her work as an unfolding human being.
