TURNING NEGATIVE DISTRESS TO POSITIVE HAPPINESS SERIES 转痛苦为快乐秘方

This session is the third part of the “Turning Negative Distress to Positive Happiness” series. It explores the idea that life does not end with one lifetime. Drawing on Buddhist teachings and modern research suggesting evidence of past lives, the talk discusses how our actions today shape our future rebirths. The central question raised is: Where do we go after we die, and how can we ensure a happy future life?
Speaker David Sim has studied Lamrim since 2010 and discovered clear direction and purpose through the teachings of the Buddha. His journey has inspired him to share these insights with others, hoping more people can reduce unhappiness and find lasting joy by understanding the law of cause and effect.
The talk will be conducted in English at BWM Learning Centre@Bugis and is open to anyone interested in learning how Buddha wisdom guide life choices and lead to genuine happiness across lifetimes.
