Are you an international student or newcomer to Canada (aged 18-35) settling in BC's Lower Mainland? Join our workshop to learn coaching tools that support your personal and professional development as you seek meaningful work and settle into your new life!
Workshop Overview
In this workshop, participants will gain a clear understanding of the difference between a growth vs. fixed mindset. By sharing personal stories of vulnerability and failure, the facilitators will show how a growth mindset empowers individuals to confront challenges, embrace failure, and foster continuous learning. It will also highlight the transformative potential of 3 specific strategies—flow, friction, and feedback—in developing a growth mindset.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:
↪ Identify the difference between a growth vs. fixed mindset
↪ Use the Flow, Friction & Feedback Framework to get unstuck
↪ Understand how to use failure as a means for personal and professional development

- Finding flow through skill-building
