Turn Up Dance Fitness

The Turn Up is more than just a dance fitness format; it's a movement. A movement to evolve unapologetically, live loudly, dance ruthlessly and OWN our greatness together, as we take our fitness to the next level and turn all the way up!

The Turn Up focuses on how the class will leave you FEELING rather than a certain flavor of music, or certain style of dance. The EMOTION of each song drives the movements which organically lends itself to a HIIT workout that brings out all facets of who you are and who you can be!

During this class you will work on the following 4 elements - while of course DANCING!

Work- High Intensity HIIT Focus: Allows you to embrace feeling fierce.

Shake- Medium Intensity, Dance Focus: Brings the fun while keeping energy high.

Flex- Toning Focus: Allows students to build strength to the beat.

Slay- Active Recover: Allows you to embrace the sexy.

Mondays - Beginner Intermediate Technique - 7:00pm to 7:45pm

Description: Whether you're looking to brush up on the basics, enhance your skills, or dive into the world of dance for the first time, this class is perfect for you.

In this dynamic and inclusive class, we'll cover a range of fundamental elements to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and refine your technique. From energizing warm-up exercises designed to enhance your stamina and flexibility to across-the-floor sequences that will challenge your coordination and grace, each session offers a holistic approach to dance training.

Get ready to master kicks, turns, and more as we break down essential movements step by step. Our supportive instructors will guide you through proper alignment and execution, ensuring that you feel confident and empowered on the dance floor.

Whether you're a complete beginner or have some prior experience, this class welcomes all levels. Our friendly and encouraging environment fosters growth and progress, making it the perfect place to embark on your dance journey or take your skills to the next level.

Mondays - Heels - 8:00pm - 9:15pm

Our Heels class is all about giving you the confidence boost you’ve always wanted while wearing your favorite heels! Leave class embracing your sassy alter-ego!This street dance class will teach you posture, poise and power as well as an introduction to choreography in an inclusive, fun, safe and beginner friendly environment.

Strengthen your body while enjoying the freedom of feeling confident no matter your heels goals. What you wear is up to you, explore character and expression to a playlist of empowering beats.

Heels are totally optional babe, but we encourage you to bring a pair in case you change your mind. A good heel will give you ankle support & you are comfortable walking in them!What to bring:
Please bring a pair of heels with ankle support, socks, long leggings & knee pads! Heels are not mandatory
