Join me at The Venue in the Village, Great Coates - a beautiful venue in a tranquil setting, surrounded by trees and the sounds of birds tweeting joyfully.During the session I will begin with a brief explanation of what to expect and the science behind sound, frequencies and how they affect our brain and overall health. Following that you will simply get comfortable and relax for 50 minutes as I play my instruments, allowing the warm tones and vibrations to gently guide you into an altered state of consciousness.
